At Border Print Fabric, we want you to be completely satisfied with your textile purchase. If your fabric is defective or doesn't meet your project needs, you can return unwashed and uncut items within 30 days of delivery.
Request Authorization
Contact our support team with your order number and photos of the fabric to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare Your Package
Securely fold the uncut fabric and place it in its original packaging or a similar protective mailer, ensuring the RMA number is clearly written on the outside.
Ship the Item
Send your return to our warehouse using a trackable shipping method; please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged.
Receive Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the fabric to ensure it remains in original condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
